This is a household favorite and go-to 30 minute meal for us and those we've shared it with! Super simple but amazing flavor and can be quite addicting! Serve over rice or cous-cous!
1 lb Ground Venison
3 minced garlic cloves (or a couple teaspoons jarred minced garlic)
2 Green Onions
For the sauce:
1/3 packed Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes (more if you like it HOT)
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
Mix all your sauce ingredients in a bowl and chop up your green onions. Heat a little oil over medium heat in a skillet and add your garlic. Stir it for about a minute until it becomes nice and fragrant. Add the meat and cook until brown. If you have a lot of extra fat drain it out. Add your sauce and onions and cook for a couple more minutes until everything is hot and mixed real good. Spoon it over your rice and savor!
