Take-out be gone! This is a thousand times better tasting, and better for you, than eating out at Tin Tin Buffet. It is quite spicy, so if you don't like it hot feel free to tone down the Sriracha and red pepper flakes.
1 Wild Turkey Breast
1 Tbs coconut oil
1/4 cup chicken stock
3 Tbs honey or maple syrup
2 garlic cloves minced (or 1 tsp garlic in the jar)
1 Tbs Orange zest
1/4 cup OJ
3 Tbs coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1.5 tso Sriracha
1/4 tsp ginger
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Sesame Seeds
Chop up your turkey, melt the oil in a pan and cook the meat. Take the meat out and set it aside. Mix everything else (except the sesame seeds) and cook it in your pan over low heat until it has reduced a bit. (At this point if it's not thick enough for your liking you can mix a couple teaspoons of arrowroot or tapioca or corn starch with an equal amount of water and add that in.)
Spoon the sauce over the meat and sprinkle with sesame seeds!
