1 Wild Turkey Breast (cut in 'nugget' sized pieces)
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Water
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup Almond/Flax meal (I usually like to do a 50/50 mixture)
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (omit if you want no heat)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Heat your oven to 400, line a sheet with foil, and lightly spray with oil. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix egg and water in a bowl. Dip meat in egg mixture, then dry mixture, then arrange on sheet. Cook for about 13 minutes, remove sheet and flip nuggets, then put back in oven and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until they're browned and crisp.
