1 lb Ground Venison
8 oz Bacon
1 cup finely cubed Avocado
1 Jalapeno finely diced
2 Garlic cloves minced (or a heaping tsp jarred minced garlic)
Pinch of Salt
Cook the bacon until the fat liquefies and it's pretty much cooked but NOT crispy. Chop it up into little teensy pieces. Toss everything into a bowl and mix with your hands, get nice and dirty, until it's all combined. Make patties and cook as you would a normal burger. But way more delicious.
