If you have a well-stocked spice rack, this Easy Chorizo Seasoning recipe should be a cinch! It's great for recipes that call for a Chorizo spiced meat when you don't have it in the fridge, or if you're just looking for a simple spiced meat to make tacos or tortillas (as pictured) for a quick dinner.
1 lb Ground Meat (I usually use Boar, but Venison, Pork, Beef, etc. would work)
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
3/4 tsp Chili Powder
3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Hot Spanish Paprika (I've never been able to find this, and always use Hungarian, or additional regular, Paprika)

1/4 tsp Cumin Seed
1/4 tsp ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Cloves
